But darling Megg you have to love you for you . are you kind? does your hubby think you’re beautiful? is your food 80% healthy? are you keeping in touch with those that are close to you? than you are doing all you can for now. Superwoman doesn’t really exist. Give yourself permission to be normal’. Getting older definitely helps with the whole inadequate thing even the most together’ looking person has days like yours.
